From humble beginnings and starting off as a small home office, the company known as Grosch Estates has grown its market share consistently in its chosen market segments.
On 01 May 2008, the business owners took a strategic decision to accept an offer made by the ERA International Real Estate Group to co-brand the business known as ERA Grosch. This decision was largely underscored by the Group’s vision to have a national and international footprint in the real estate industry.
After 6 years with the ERA group, a decision was made to return to the Grosch brand. Going back to our roots would allow us to raise the level of our game and remain competitive in an ever-changing marketplace.
